Four products. One infrastructure overhaul. HPP Hub, Agora, OpenHPP, and HPP Coder roll out in stages across all four quarters, while a major infrastructure upgrade lands in the second half.

For a lively updated roadmap, visit our living calendar.
🔵HPP Hub | AI-powered application platform
HPP Hub is the flagship product. An AI-powered platform where anyone can build, deploy, and share decentralized applications. It launches publicly in Q1, evolves into a Web3-native environment in Q2, and reaches its first stable production milestone in Q3. The GameJam campaign in Q1 marks its first real-world test: early adopters building and playing while feeding experience back into development.

🟢HPP Agora | On-chain DAO governance platform
Agora brings decentralized governance on-chain. It begins with the HPP Foundation’s own migration in Q2, moving decision-making to Agora’s infrastructure as a proof of concept, then opens to every project on HPP Mainnet in Q3. By Q4, governance extends beyond HPP Mainnet to multiple chains, making Agora the coordination layer for the broader HPP ecosystem.

🟤OpenHPP (working title) | Personal AI assistant
OpenHPP makes it possible to build and run personal AI workflows without any technical setup. It enters alpha in Q2, focusing on early users and feedback, ships a broader beta in Q3, and reaches general availability in Q4 as a polished SaaS product. This is HPP’s most consumer-facing product — and the one with the widest potential reach.

🟣HPP Coder | Coding AI model
HPP Coder is a coding-focused AI model purpose-built for the HPP ecosystem. It debuts as v0.1 in Q2, ships embedded in Hub’s dApp Builder and as a standalone product in Q3, and continues to improve through Q4 via ongoing fine-tuning on HPP ecosystem data. It’s the engine behind no-code dApp development on HPP.

🟠Infrastructure | x402 v2 · Account abstraction · Enterprise L3 · ZK Bridge
Two infrastructure milestones land in the second half. In Q3, an upgraded payment protocol and support for account abstraction dramatically reduce friction for new users entering the ecosystem. In Q4, a BESU-based Enterprise L3 network and ZK Bridge complete the stack — built for high-throughput, enterprise-grade workloads. These upgrades sit beneath every product HPP ships.

🟡HPP Staking | Ecosystem participation layer
Staking runs continuously across the year in rolling seasons, each introducing new reward structures and mission types, from Hold and Earn in S2 to DAO Participation missions in S3, and so on.

* All timelines are current targets, not confirmed dates.
* OpenHPP and HPP Coder are working titles.
* Staking season boundaries are approximate. Each season lasts roughly 3 months and may be adjusted based on network policy.
* Staking rewards are not guaranteed or fixed. Final APR depends on the total staked amount, Bonus Credits, and network policy.
* In the white paper and early roadmap, ArenAI was defined as a standalone product. However, as the product strategy evolved, ArenAI became integrated across the broader platform. The current roadmap reflects this latest product structure and strategic direction.
